PowerEdge R610 Network driver updates
I am interested in updating networking drivers on our PowerEdge R610 server, but hit a wall when I saw the Network driver list is 49 files long?! That's after entering my service tag!
The server has Broadcom BCM5709C NetXtreme II GigE (NDIS VBD Client) cards.
I see a mix of Qlogic, Intel, and Broadcom drivers that are supposedly relevant to my machine, but 49 in all. Can someone please offer some insight on making sense of that pile of files?Are there other components of the system that require the other two vendor drivers, or are they irrelevant?
