PowerEdge R610 hard drive or hardware failure, server doesn't boot past setup utility

Hello,

The server became unresponsive and not accessible via SSH CLI.  We were able to log into the node via iDRAC, but the node was not responding to commands.  Re-booted the system but it is showing a hardware error that it could not see the Hard Drives. The system will not boot past the setup utility.  Network LEDs were all flashing green but Drive 0 was flashing amber.  After attempting another reboot, the boot is still stopping at the setup utility and the Drive 0 light is still flashing amber.  Re-seating the hard drives did not change the behavior.  

Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
