PowerEdge R420 - Unable to install OS

I'm trying to reinstall my PowerEdge R420 with Windows Server 2008R2. I've done this before with no issue.

From the Lifecycle controller, I go to Deploy OS - then I select my OS.

I get an error - "Unable to retrieve the drivers for the selected operating system. (SWC0017)

I've rebooted several times and still no luck.

I get this error no matter which OS I choose from the list.

I'm unsure where to go from here. Help is appreciated! Thanks.
