Power Edge R610 Software Upgrade and Broadcom BCM5709C NIC's

Hi _Guys,

I have a pair of R610's which is running Windows 2008.  I have upgraded the disks on one of the boxes and and the OS to 2012 R2  and therefore lost the NIC teaming I require.  Can you point me in the correct direction to a Broadcom Advance Control Suite so that I can configure the BCM5709C NICs with 2012 R2 as an OS?

Thank you,

Charlie

Hello

The Qlogic Control Suite is part of the driver installation package:

Thanks

Hi Daniel,

The Qlogic Control Suite gets me to a line editor.  This presupposes i know what i'm doing... which is not the case.  I have seen a Broadcom Advanced Control Suite which will allow me to graphically guess correctly as I attempt to configure the system.  Is access available to the software?

Thank you,

Charlie

The link I provided includes the interface you are talking about.

Thanks

Good Morning Daniel,

What I've been able to find loaded on the server is BACScli not the BACS4.  Have I made a mistake in loading the software?

Hi Daniel,

I was able to find the BACS4 interface in Network_Driver_T12H_WN32_17.0.1_A00 (1).EXE

On installing, it let me run BACS4 whcih let me easily team my Broadcom NICS.

Thank you for your help.  I think this ticket/effort can be closed.

Charlie
