PERC 5/i RAID rebuild

I recently replaced a failed drive in a 4 drive RAID 5 array.  The status of the new drive is READY, the other three show ONLINE.  It doesn't appear that a rebuild is in process, so how do I initiate that?  This is a PE840 running SBS 2008.  I have the latest Server Administrator installed.
