New drivers for an old T610

Hello, 

I am repurposing an old PE T610 I am unable to find the proper drivers for Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version 20H2. With dual Xeon 2.4s and 24GB RAM it runs the OS very well but I am being bottlenecked by the onboard NICs which are Gb but are only able to throughput 100Mb. If I check the configuration I am only able to select Auto Negotiate, 10, or 100. 

I have tried support assist to no avail since Windows 10 is not supported on older machines. Any thoughts would be appreciated as well as any other drivers that may be useful!
