Drive not joining the Raid Array

Hi Folks,

I had a drive fail. I purchased a replacement with the same specs from Amazon. I replaced the drive and it has spun up, but there is still a yellow warning icon next to the drive. This is drive 0:1:0. There are a total of 6 drives, 0:1:5 is the highest number I can find. There is no warning icon on Connector1 (RAID). There is a warning on Connector0 (RAID). I also seem to have a warning on Enclosure (Backplane). Everything looks normal in the details section for the drive, except is is not certified. 

I was wondering what I need to do to have the drive join the Raid. There are 8 options in the available tasks drop down menu. Do I need to run one of those options?
