Dell T420 PowerEdge server power cable for Nvidia Quadro 4000 graphics card.

Can someone tell me if I need a power cable to run a Nvidia Quadro 4000 graphics card on my Dell t420 server?  Will the motherboard supply the power or do I need a separate cable?  The cable that came with the graphics card has a 6pin which will plug into the card but the other side of the cable is a dual 4 pin which will not fit on the PSU. If I need a cable which cable is it that I need?? Any help would be appreciated. 

I contacted Dell but no one was able to give me answer and I would like to make sure prior to installing and powering up the server and potentially frying the graphics card.
