DELL support tech ..... very BAD ! not good !

I need technical assistance for my NEW laptop ....


it already seems absurd to me that there is NO e-mail contact or a toll-free number like the other "serious" companies

NOTHING !!!

 

Well, then I call the toll-free number, after a very long wait I pass a girl who

he says he is "a technician" it seems to me not even Italian ... I start to say the various technical problems,


some do NOT even know how to respond and must read (??? but it was not the technician ???)

and to a question he can't answer ... he slams the phone in my face !!!


Total I have NOT solved my problems with my new PC and for 10 minutes I spent almost 12 dollars

phone call, a really nice DELL customer support!


NEVER AGAIN this brand and I will make a bad publicity to friends, relatives, colleagues and on the various FORUM and Blog!


Really bad DELL.
