Dell PowerEdge R710 iDRAC card
I have a Dell PowerEdge R710 and the R710 will not support using the iDRAC 7 Enterprise card, as it's logic is embedded to the 12th Gen systems themselves. DELL sales team no longer sells the iDRAC 6 card and iDRAC6 Enterprise license that is necessary to work in the DELL R710. Can you recommend an alternative iDRAC enterprise Card that DELL has available that will work for the DELL R710 server.

Hello
The iDRAC6 does not use licenses. The iDRAC7 and later use licensing to enable features. Installing the hardware modules on the iDRAC6 enables features.
If we are no longer selling the iDRAC6 modules then I suggest that you check with resellers that may still have the parts in stock.
Thanks

Hello,
Help me understand the situation with the Dell PowerEdge R710 server, which uses iDRAC 5. After replacing the motherboard, I had to use a board from another similar server, iDRAC 5 stopped working on this server. How to transfer an iDRAC 5 license from an old server to a new server?
Sincerely, Vladimir

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community!
I'm unsure exactly what you mean by stopped working- whether it's a freeze, if you see an error message- but either way, seeing idrac not working means the hardware might be faulty. But before that, can you check if the BIOS recognize idrac first?
Respectfully,
