Dell OpenManage Server Administrator does not show raid controller

Hello Dell support, I recently replaced 1 failed hard drive and added another 2 hard drives into the raid, was able to configured during post ctrl+c, windows recognized raid no problem, however since then the program Dell OpenManage Server Administrator is no longer show information for Storage module. When clicked on it, it said "No Raid Controller detected". The server has all BIOS, Perc, ESM firmware updated.

Hi Robert, from the command prompt, i ran "racadm raid get controllers" and get error below:

"Error: SWC0242: A required license is missing or expired.

Obtain an appropriate license and try again, or contact your service provider for additional details.

Required License -- RACADM"

Same error for pdisks command. Please advise.

PS: the server is using iDRAC7 and status is OK from the GUI, however there is no license info such as ID or expiration date ect ...

Thanks

Hi Robert, and no we did not replace anything other than the hard drives. Are we still able to obtain the license?

Few things i run into:

First, I cannot access iDRAC GUI using the IDRAC's static IP address (from BIOS), the server only have 2 NICs and i think IDRAC shared NIC#1 with it. I was able to see its status in DELL OMSA, however there is no option nor drop down menu in there.

Second, we don't know the email address that place the order back then, not sure if we can have it. If this is the case, is there any other way to obtain the license with Service Tag or Express code?

Thanks,
