After changing out hard drive, server froze. Then upon reboot, server hangs at beginning.

I've changed a failed HDD out and now the server hangs upon reboot, just stuck at the progress bar where the screen shows the boot options and bios version. The drives have one green light that doesn't blink. Any ideas? Never had this happen before with hot swap hard drives. Thanks for the assist.
