Unable to Insert Images in Replies
As of today I am unable to use the Insert Image button on the toolbar of the WYSIWYG editor to add images to my replies. After I browse to the .png file and click OK I see the error "Failed to upload image! Please try again" in the Add Image pop-up window. The same error message appears if I try to drag and drop the .png image file. See a screenshot of the error at https://ibb.co/CJvCxNr.
I can copy and paste a .png file into the WYSIWYG editor and this appears to work while the reply is still in preview, but after the reply is posted the image disappears.

Thanks for confirming this, we have requested the team look into this. It seems to be impacting all accounts.

Hi @Dell-Brad L :
I appear to able able to insert images again today. Do you know if this is a permanent fix?
For example:

Hi DELL-Chris M:
I just noticed that someone has added the Tech Expert badge back to my user profile (again), which I've repeatedly stated I DON'T want.
There's no point in my providing status updates about forum software bugs I've reported as long as that badge is still there, because the Sprinklr software will likely behave differently once those escalated privileges are removed and I'm back to a "regular" user profile.

TechExpert is not in your Profile List so you do not have TechExpert level/rights=
Under, "View All Badges", I do see TechExpert May 13, 2024 * Earned by 114
Maybe Brad knows how to remove it?

@lmacri I have removed the badge, it shouldn't have been giving you any extra features but I removed it this morning. Thanks again for all of the help on the forums!

Hi Dell-Brad L:
Thank you for removing the Tech Expert badge.
Since it wasn't adding any escalated privileges to my user profile I'll go ahead and mark this topic Solved.
