Unable to cancel MS Office 365 Subscription
Hello,
I am extremely frustrated with the process of trying to cancel a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription that I originally purchased through Dell. I am being charged for a renewal I do not want, and Dell is making it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription.
I have attempted to contact Dell’s support team multiple times by phone, using the number provided for cloud software support. Every single time, the call system disconnects me before I ever reach a live representative. It hangs up automatically after navigating through the menu options. I’ve retried this across multiple days and times — same result every time.
There is no visible option in my Dell account or Dell Digital Locker to manage or cancel the Microsoft 365 license. There’s also no active chat support that can help with subscriptions, and emails to support go unanswered.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers in an auto-renewal loop with no easy way out. It should not require this much effort to cancel a subscription.
At this point, I expect:
Immediate cancellation of my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.
Written confirmation that future charges will be stopped.
A refund for the most recent renewal charge.
Please address this. It should not be this difficult to manage or cancel a product I purchased through your platform.
