(Redirected) wrong monitor
why would dell take it upon themselves to replace an order i put in and send me with a lesser quality monitor(that i can't even connect to the desktop). Then tell me just go out and buy a new cable(which is an hours drive to the nearest store). Or better yet just send the monitor back and buy a new one from dell. 10 customer service reps later they agree to send me a new cable(5 days before I get it). That's customer service for ya!!
