(Redirected) WIFI connection Precision 7510

I have a new 7510 Precision. The WIFI connection will not allow me to stay connected for any length of time. The computer will connect for a brief period the ping speed drops bits and has 4 digit values returned when a ping is initiated. I am writing this on my older laptop as the new one will not allow me to stay connected long enough to write these few sentences. I have updated the drivers and also tried to roll back the current driver to see that helps. So far nothing I have tried seems to help. I look forward to seeing your reply to this issue.
