(Redirected) warranty
This is new to me and my very first post. I purchased a M18X back in 2011. In March of 2014 I had dell contact me to purchase an extended warranty. I have the full contract plus the date it expires. (June 18, 2016) I had my computer sent back 4 times this year, included just a few weeks ago.(under warranty) I was to call when i got my computer back to see how it was working. It was not working. Now for some reason they are saying my warranty is no more and will not help me. (logged on to my dell and it has changed my warranty say expires June 18, 2015 ) lucky i printed it out, but as far as i am concerned that is fraud and yes i deal in Law. No one at alienware would help me, they even hung up on me including when i called dell canada. Horrible experience, to have people just ditch you when you know darn well it is wrong.

I`m sorry you are having problems with the warranty. Please repost this in the Customer Care forum for help.
This week, Dell is mostly closed for the Holiday, so it may be next week before you get help.
