(Redirected) Two weeks to build???

I opened my new 1800$  XPS 13 two weeks ago tomorrow that you shipped to me. After  getting booted constantly/severe heat and loud buzzing you decided after remotely service  that you would replace this ASAP.  I was told it would ship within 3-4 days.  I explained each time I've talked to your customer service and explained  that time was an issue and each time they told me you were still building it.  really??? How long does it take to build ONE notebook.  

After looking just now its still not moving.  I needed this for work and am EXTREMELY disappointed .
