(Redirected) Terrible Customer Service

May I ask what is the point of providing order support email addresses if NOBODY responds to customer emails? My order for a Dell XPS 8900 is stalled "In Production". It's delivery date is Nov 2, 2015 according to my order status. I've emailed order support asking about the delay and received no response after a week! I need the PC for work and cannot wait indefinitely. If my order is not going to ship I want to know why and I shouldn't have to chase you to get the information. It should be offered to your customers if you cannot deliver on time. It is beyond ridiculous and I am fuming.
