(Redirected) Technical Issue with Laptop in Warranty

I just purchased a new Inspiron 15 700 series in January and in just 2 months it broke down 2 times. I am a university student & without my laptop I miss out on a lot of things. I bought dell because my last laptop was perfect for 4 years & ran without any issue but this laptop is my worst purchase ever.

I even called the  customer care, they kept me on hold for 30 mins I did not disconnect the phone, the person even took my number and then the call suddenly disconnected & he never called back. There was no resolution for the issue, I even asked him the number for complaint department which he did not give. The guy on the call was rude, I told him the charger is working fine & he said How do you know? I was on a call with Dell customer service for 1 hour & there was no solution. I did not expect this from Dell.

I am very disappointed in Dell's customer service, its quality is deteriorating. I am without a laptop from past 3 days, I missed an important presentation because of this. A new laptop breaking down twice in 2 months & Dell does not care. I would never buy a Dell laptop because of this experience, I would never let anyone in my family buy a Dell & I will write reviews of their customer service & product on amazon. 

Extremely disappointed in Dell's Service & its product.
