(Redirected) Refund is not possible at Dell!!!

I bought cartridges for my printer and had to return it so I returned them because I had to use other CC I had. Unfortunately, I still do not have my refund. It has been a month. When I called them I wait hours on the line. Last week I instructed my cc to cancel the charge, and they did. We will see what happens, I do have the return UPS numbers and everything. If my CC needs to ask I can provide them. Horrible customer service! I wish I did not bought printer from them. Next time I will not though.
