(Redirected) Please help, tell me suitable power supply

I have dell 560mt, yesterday back of the my desktop I changed voltage of my psu (rectangle shape) from 110v to 220v, and my psu blast and spark came from it. I have different psu of 230v in 'square shape', while connecting it to the motherboard, it won't start, what should I do? Which psu should I buy for cheap in India?
