(Redirected) Paid for customer service I want what I paid for

Everytime I call  I get this one guy who the second he hears win 10 he does nothing but tells me to revert to win 8.1. Does this sound Logical to you? I paid hard cash for 2 years support and now all they have to say is revert back to the horse and buggy days we will feed your horse? These are simple questions also like what driver should I install? Etc can you help me with an error log I think I need to change a driver. This guy is getting a paycheck to sit on his *** and turn everyone away with hey go back to horse and buggy days  here's a carrot? I'm *** at Dell
