(Redirected) O Dell

I very recently purchased Dell Inspiron i7 5th gen model, and it got almost dead for no visible reasons, when approached for post-sale service and technical support, I was left unattended, with only 2 complaints in hand. Now what to do with this product.

1 It stopped suddenly

2.When restarted gave 3 beeps, approached the dealer , his engineer spoke to Dell people and took out one 8GB ram out and system started.

3.It auto updated BIOS.

4.Started KRRRRRRRRRRRR sound from the DVD Drive.

5. Started flashing a Fatal Error Massage ragarding fail of Hard Disc.

6. I shut down and restart again.

7.it starts and goes to Help and Support, goes for the SMART Chek and gives me FAILED massages.

8. I lodge complaint and it gives me a service no.

9. I shut down and give this laptop to the dealer to handle the problem......and nothing happens....
