(Redirected) new to getting help this way

I have a dell inspiron N7110 laptop that was purchased in December of 2011. Recently we added windows 10 and all was working well. One night our wifi was not working well and my daughter said that all she THINKS she did was disconnect wifi. Well now all we see when we turn on the laptop is a blue screen with Recover at the time. Your PC / Device needs to be repaired. Then there is a bunch of writing. I have hit enter to try again. F8 for the start up settings (which nothing happens) and F9 to use a different operating system 9 (which just brings me back to the blue screen again.

All I can find is the device drivers and utilities that came with the laptop.

Any suggestions?

Joan
