(Redirected) my touchpad lost the right click and shortcut menu function

my new Win8.1  XPS15 9530 laptop has only been used for a couple of weeks. there're some small problems really a headache for me. the most headache issue is the touchpad button did not work from yesterday, whatever I configured the Dell Touchpad software. I searched on Dell support website and froum, there're existent issue for other Dell laptop. hope someone can help me solve this issue. Thanks.

PS, I used Sony and Toshiba before, there's no such problems. it is the quality issue of Dell or Win8 ?

there're 2 times, the WiFi can not connect.
