(Redirected) Inspiron 7558 can't find wifi networks

Hi everybody,

Recently I purchased a laptop but I don't know why I cannot connect to the wifi network, I can't see any wifi network at all. I checked the network adapters and they are all updated , I run the troubleshooter but it can't find any problem. I go to the network connections and it says that the wifi is disabled, I try to enable it but I can't. The airplane ✈ mode is off.

Does anyone know how to fox this problem?
