(Redirected) I am losing my patience.

I ordered a Fallout 4 1 terabyte Xbox one bundle last Thursday night a minute after the black Friday deal went live. I received a 500 gigabyte Gears of War bundle 3 days ago. I was on the online chat trying to figure out what to do since your Customer support line is worthless and filled with incompetent employees who are only worried about how soon they can transfer you after you have been waiting for 2 hours or more trying to get a hold of anyone. Your chat representative said they deactivated the order. I would like to know why I was not told this before I received an inferior product while still paying the amount for the product I wanted. Do not tell me to try customer support over the phone because I have tried that 3 nights in a row. Do not tell me to try the chat because I was told they only handle sales and for me to contact their customer support phone line. Do not tell me to try their Facebook and Twitter because they told me to contact their customer support line. I would like to know what you are going to do to fix this because I am losing my patience with this company.
