(Redirected) Disappointed with the customer service

I purchased a XPS 15 laptop in the second week of November. I ran into some technical problems with the laptop so i initiated the laptop return for a full refund on November 24th. The guy from the Sales department said that I should get the refund by 15 business  days or 31 calendar days. It has been more than 31 days and still I have not my money. I have talked to five representatives from the time I requested the return. Each time I had to hold for an hour in the queue and i did not get a direct answer from any of them. The last few times when I tried to reach the sales department, they just put me on hold and simply disconnected the call after few minutes. they did not give a call back. The following are the list of people that I spoke to (these are the only people who logged in the request status)

1.November 24, 2015 11:17 PM (GMT)      NELSON     Customer initiated phone contact.

This guy was the one who said, it will take 15 calendar days/31 business days for the refund

2.December 21, 2015 6:14 PM (GMT)        REX        Customer initiated phone contact.

This guy said that he could not find the refund status and said that he would transfer the call to his "supervisor" but instead transferred to some dell desk service

3.December 21, 2015 7:30 PM (GMT)       IJAZ          Customer initiated phone contact.

This guy said that he has submitted some special form which would refund my money in 3 business days

4. December 25, 2015 (The guy did not log in the request)

he said that I would get the refund in my account by January 3rd 2015.

5. January 4,2016 (Kevin/Kelvin)

Put me on hold and disconnected the call after a few minutes.

I am not sure if I will get the money back.
