(Redirected) Dell customer service is not more available to help me - very bad

i have problem in my dell laptop. i tried couple of times to speak with customer service but unfortunately no body is available to help me. I sent my laptop to service center mentioned on website but still no response after 3 weeks. Please share phone numbers to contact directly to the company. thank you
