(Redirected) Blue Screen each time i boot

Each time i boot up the dimension 3000 after approx.5 to 10 mins i get a blue screen stating disable BIOS memory options such as shadowing or caching.I also get a stop code.with a series of zeros and F's.I have not been able to get anywhere with this desktop.Sometimes i can get into safe mode but it crashes as well.
