Problems with Profile

Hi All,

I've had a Dell account/profile for quite a few years. I've also been active in the forums on and off.

My problem is a few weeks ago I could no longer see my "Profile/Messages/Settings/Sign Out or Favourite Places" after logging in to the forums, also I am unable to make any posts. I contacted Dell through facebook and was advised to empty the browser cache and try again. No joy.

I feel it has to be something related to my profile, because i have tried

  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Chrome

and all these browsers on computers both at home, at work and on my tablet ALL with the same issues.

I've created a new profile which I have used to post this and everything works fine so far, but I have none of my purchases or posts linked to this one...

Is there a way to transfer my "Old" profile to this one ?
