Private Messages, cannot switch from Inbox to Sent?
I'm having problems switching between Inbox and Sent in my private messages since that web page was redesigned. The last time I signed in there were user-friendly tabs for switching between the Inbox and Sent messages, but now there's new drop down menu that is difficult to find and doesn't work correctly.
Whenever I open the new drop down menu and try to hover my mouse over the Inbox or Sent items the drop down just closes before I can select one of those options. Moving my mouse over the menu items (i.e., with one finger on my touchpad) never works, but I finally figured out I could scroll down with a two-finger scroll and keep the menu open so I could tap to select the Inbox or Sent menu items.
This closing drop box problem occurs in my default Firefox ESR v68.9.0 browser (fully patched, Adblock Plus v3.8.4 disabled), MS Edge (the old version, not the new Chromium Edge) as well as IE11.

Inbox/Sent -menu drop down disappears as soon as u try to click it

try telling there
dell-robert p we can't see sent messages. Pls comment when if you see.

Have you received any feedback about when this problem will be fixed? It's been two months and I still can't switch between the Inbox and Sent messages in my user profile's Private Messages.

The mouse over dynamic popup is now off. Click the arrow, click Sent.

Thanks, it appears to be working now, but did you have to manually reset something in my account today to fix the problem? I checked my Private Messages this morning before posting and I'm fairly certain I still wasn't able to access my Sent messages a few hours ago using the ellipsis (...) or down arrow.
Regardless, this new design isn't very user friendly and I'm not sure why the site designers felt the need to remove the old Inbox / Sent tabs in the first place.

I had to manually turn off "mouse over dynamic popup" in your settings. This is the only workaround I have found. They are aware of the issue.
