Page after page of SPAM????
It started at 6:30 this morning.
Over six hours and they still remain.
This happens day after day.
It is hard to pick between a legitimate and SPAM post.
But it does seem they like the XPS section.
When will MOD's have the rights to delete these posts and ban the people that are doing this???

Moved your post to the NTTC board. Forum issues are not Customer Care issues.
We and the eClerx are working as fast as we can to keep up with the spam. We have done several things to try to curb it =
* Banned spammer IP address
* Banned spammer email
* Removed the Tags field
* Removed the Labels field
* Constantly updating the spam word list

For some reason the morning SPAM has increased.
I still think that the Mod's and even the "RockStars" should have the rights to move or delete SPAM like that.
Set up a thread in your hidden section that only the Mod's, Admin and Rockstars can access.
Then give them the rights to move the SPAM posts to that thread.
All "Experts" on the HP site can do this. "Equivlent to Rockstars"
