New Thread Marked as Spam After Edit

Could one of the Forum Mods please review a thread I create 09-Feb-2020 titled Inspiron 5584 - Dell Update Notification "The system has been updated" at https://www.dell.com/community/Inspiron/Inspiron-5584-Dell-Update-Notification-quot-The-system-has-been/td-p/7491801 and remove it from quarantine if it looks okay?

This topic is listed under My Subscriptions but when I try to browse to the thread I can see a banner saying it was marked as spam and removed. I'm not sure but I think it was flagged after I edited my original post.
