liking a post (thumbs up?)

ive recently joined the dell community forums.  glad they exist.  

when participating in any forums, i like to give posititve feedback to those that reply.  but its not obvious how to do that here.  i gather its the 'thumbs up' icon in the bottom left, but cant be sure.  i suggest there could be at least a mouseover the icon, or other way of letting the user know how.  thanks!
