This product have not tested in window 10. It's there any reason why dell company did not develop window 10 on this type of laptop?

Its a 2011 model and since most systems have a maximum of 4 years warranty its support cycle has ended. Dell therefore did not test it with Windows 10.

This doesn't mean it won't work with Windows 10...

Ensure you have made OEM Recovery Media:

Also that your BIOS is at the latest revision A12:

To Download Windows 10 and Clean Install see here:

Drivers wise Windows 10 has drivers for most components inbuilt or will get the drivers from Windows Update. You may want to install Dell Quickset:

The card reader:

And also force install the latest Synaptic Touchpad driver:

If you have a Dell Wireless 1502/1702 card install this driver:

http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03113559M/1/XPS-8700_Network_Driver_33H8G_WN32_10.0.0.318_A00.EXE

The other wireless cards should have an inbuilt driver.
