inspiron 15z 5523 touchpad wont work

I had to install a new hard drive, so I went to dell website to get correct order of etc,etc,everything works except touchpad ,I have installed and deleted all drivers 4 times  ,after install I have no touchpad tab on mouse icon in control panel ,and in device manager I have the yellow mark of death  hidden on PS / 2

compatible mouse,it will not let me update drivers, get message (  This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)    ,also in all programs instead of saying dell touchpad it just lists it as synaptics If uninstalling and reinstalling wont solve problem what will,

I sure would like to fix this problem.
