i love Dell
Hey all im Dougquaid and have been buying Dell monitors for years , 18 months ago i bought the s2719dgf . The monitor was great but recently developed a fault , it was some kind of shadow across the screen , a bit like a water stain on paper. Anyway i phone dell and talked to a guy called kurt, the line i have to say was terrible , but 33 mins and 3 pictures sent , kurt agreed there was an issue, and got a replacement sent out within 2 days.
The main reason im posting is that not only did i get my monitor replaced , i got upgraded to s2721dgfa which im delighted with, id like to say a big thanks to Dell for being a stand up company and especially to kurt who through the bad line and my scottish accent , we got there , id like to thank him also. Oh and if the upgrade was a mistake , tough luck your not getting it back hehe , its mine i tell ye.
