How to change my name in my Dell Demographic profile and Certification

Hi team,

I completed my EMC Academic associate, Data Science and Big Data Analytics on March 19, 2016.

I got my Certification with my name as “Karthikeyan S”.

But recently I logged into my Dell account on 28 September, 2020 and I noticed that DELL technologies have made some changes in my profile and in my demographics I noticed that my first name is mistyped as “Karthikeayn” instead of “Karthikeyan”. I tried changing it but I could not change it. As a result my name is misspelled in the update certificate provided by DELL technologies.

Please help me in this situation.
