Dell Service Tag website problem
I could not find a clear way to report website problems.
When I entered model via Service Tag, the product specifications shown were nonsense. Instead of expected details like screen size, CPU, memory, and disk, the page displayed irrelevant tags.

I repair computers for a living. The only reason I can see for scrambling specification information is to retain service calls for Dell and provide nothing to third-party repairers. Is that the correct policy or the website has problem ?

The product specifications page has always shown that data. Click Expand all.
YYFFM = Dell part number
MOD = sales modification number
The description is clear for YYFFM = ADPT AC 90W = 90W AC power adapter
screen size, CPU, memory, and disk are all there =
LCD = 14.0"
CPU = i7-1185G7
memory = one 16GB
disk = SSD 512GB
