Dell "Can't" Cancel my order...
I ordered from dell an Alienware 13 laptop, I found out I could get a better deal by going through work and still purchasing it from dell, so I called to try and cancel my order but when they looked it up the cancel button was gone because apparently it already shipped. On my account it says "In production" and when I call to check status it said it should ship....9/9/2015 and delivery time is 9/14/2015 but it's only 9/1/2015...am I missing something??
