Community portal horribly bugged in Firefox

Hi, I am trying to solve a problem with my laptop but the whole dell.com/community portal it bugged like crazy. For example, on the private message page I cannot click a message to show it. I cannot open the 3-dot menu. I cannot reply a message. I even lost a message when trying to reply to a Dell employee. Come on, Dell, how can fail at creating a community support portal? Have you tested our Forum with the browser that shipped with the Dell OEM operating system? As far as private message, if you have multiple messages, only the top one can be opened. You have to delete the top one to read the second one. In your settings I disabled, "Display menus dynamically with mouse over". Test private messaging.

Hi, thank you for your response. Now the PM page works flawlessly. Last time I had the same issue it was broken in Chrome as well as in Firefox. I did not try Edge. Nevertheless, issues were gone after logging out an in.

Hopefully it will work in the future. At least I have a workaround now.

Cheers, A.

Using Firefox so far so good

Do you have to log out of your system or Firefox itself?

Would be good to know as using Firefox mainly

Apparently, it is not possible to log out. So I just end up opening a new private window in a rage a type this kind of response smashing my Japanese keyboard inadequately hard. OK, here's your solution:

This is the log out link. I copied it from the profile menu which is broken in the normal mode where I have the stale session but it worked with a new session in a new private window.
