Changed Email Address - Cannot Access Old Orders

I was not aware that changing my email address would affect my order history. If I change my email address back to the original / previous address, will I be able to see my previous orders and subscriptions, or does Dell Support (@DELL-Chris M) have to do it in order to preserve my historical information?

For any that happen upon this question, the answer is to change your email address back to the previous one, you can do this yourself, no need for Dell Support to do it, and then all your orders, software licenses and subscriptions will be back.

Apologies, but I do not know if changing to the previous email address will fix the order history question. I only have access to your Forum data. You will need to post on the Customer Care board so a DELL-Cares agent can answer these questions. They have access to the Dell purchase account, etc.
