Change web support Language
Hi,
I've been working as a Partner for the last 17 years, my favourite language I choose in the support web page (powerlink when I began) was english, and it was like this since I choose that but... some months ago, it automatically changed to spanish (I'm in spain) but I can't find anything in spanish, all looks weird, the searches are in spanish, the menus are in the spanish... I'm desperate, I can't change it, there is no option and I can't work with the web page like this. It's a nightmare... I search for something about Storage (PowerMAx, Isilon...) and it appears Laptop solutions in spanish...
Please help, anybody knows how to change the language of the support web page?!!?

There was an option in the bottom to the right of web support page where says: SPAIN, but it was just info, not able to change it....
Well, after reboot my laptop, an arrow appeared just to the right of the SPAIN word and I was able to change to UK.
Issue solved.

Today automatically changed the language again to Spanish. It changed the country from the bottom right of the web from UK to SPAIN and now I CAN'T CHANGE IT! The arrow that let's you choose the country and language disappears just when the page load. Anybody know how to change the support web page language permanently?

I would start troubleshooting by clearing all history, cookies, cache, etc. for every browser you are using. Then resetting the browsers to defaults. Then retest.
