Buying a new Dell From UK

Hello all,

I want to buy a new dell laptop and later a dell all-in-one desk computer. But I live in mainland Europe, bulgaria.. Not in the UK. And I cannot find a UK seller who will deal with me. (I am a nice person, with cash)

So how do I buy a Uk spec Laptop & all in one from the uk and have it sent to me in Europe.
