Business versus Home

Am I the only one that finds it completely annoying that there is a difference between Home and Business section.  They are the same computers.  When calling in to purchase a new machine I am not given any explanation as to what the difference is and why I should choose one over the other.  Is there a benefit from going through the business side or personal side?  Why can i get a Home machine within 10 days but a business one in 30 days (for the exact same machine???)
