Xps13 9380: All Bluetooth devices lose connection for a few seconds

I have a XPS13 9380  in a worksetup with bluetooth mouse, keyboard, headphones. Since one month, all my devices lose the bluetooth signal for about 10 seconds and then they start working again. Since it happens allmost every 3-5 minutes it makes me unable to work with it right now.

I tried a lot allready.

I tried to reinstall all bluetooth drivers given on the dell website for my device. I reseted the bios options. I even resetet the whole pc and reinstalled windows.

Nothing seems to help and i dont really know what to do anymore.

Maybe anybody of you can help me
