Hey Jesse!!!

I really appreciate you getting back to me. I tried a numerous version of the patches updates drivers etc... through out these forums and the Inter web.  I found out that XPS 8300 model has a problem with the Ethernet plug on the mother board it goes bad and dell offered to replace many of them but with the same boards that had the broken Ethernet part. Sad part is their designed to break like that.

Any how the only solution I found was that I purchase a PCI Express Ethernet card and manually install it

Cheers

Unfortunately, this Product not tested for Windows 10 upgrade

Dell is not testing or developing Windows 10 drivers for this product. If you choose to upgrade, some features, applications, and connected devices may not work as expected.

You may need the Windows 10 network card driver if Windows 10 did not install it from the imbedded drivers the OS has built in. Dell does not have any Windows 10 drivers for this computer. If there is a driver installed; you can look in device manager, then click the link below for information on setting up your network card to work for you.

For me to better assist in troubleshooting, please click my DELL-Jesse L and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your Dell Order number.

Yah thats what I researched. It seems a bit ridiculous especially with the environmental crisis this planet and us are in that computer this new and functional is being considered obsolete.

I'm more or so seeing if any body has found a solution in way of absence of dell aid in the matter.

Like a hey if you download this driver here it will still work etc..

Ok thanks for letting me know. Have you tried installing the Windows 7 driver in compatibility mode? If not, try and see if it will work for you. Also, someone may jump in with a reply and have a driver link that may work.
