XPS 27 wireless problem after Windows 10 upgradw
After upgrading to Windows 10, my XPS 27 doesn't connect to the Internet. It connects to my WiFi but shows "Limited" in the WiFi icon and cannot connect to the Internet.
Any suggestions?

I had to remove and reinstall the Killer driver. That did the trick. Up until I removed it, installing it on top of the existing driver did not fix the issue.

Hi,
First question, which version of the XPS 27 are you using? The XPS 27 2720 or the 2710? (( You can go to our main Dell support pages, input your service tag, and be directed to the pages for your system, and find the specific model type there)).
I ask because it's important to note that the 2720 has been tested and confirmed to work with Windows 10 while the 2710 has not.
List of Dell systems tested compatible with Windows 10.
If you're using the XPS 27 2720 model, which version of the Killer wireless driver do you have on the system?

Hi,
I have the 2720. I thought the issue would be with the Killer wireless driver so I downloaded the latest version from their website but that didn't help either.
I know the issue is with the wireless because when I connect the PC to my network via cable, it works fine. So, it's just a matter of figuring out the killer driver issue now.
Killer driver claims to support Windows 10 but it didn't fix the issue. Any other ideas/suggestions? Thanks
Sam

Hi,
Do you have any sort of security settings on your router? Try turning those off and see if it helps or not. (Don't forget to turn them back on after testing).
It looks like Killer released a new driver version a few days ago.
Is that the version you're using?

yes and that makes me very mad! My upgrade is being held back because Dell and Microsoft colluded to prevent the upgrade from getting pushed out! Approve the 2710 and move on! I installed 10 on my 5 year old Zino HD! I'm pretty sure the XPS 2710 can handle it!

I forced the update by the media creation tool...but my pc did not find the network hardware...it appears in the component list but Windows 10 is not able to use it.
any idea?
